Good staff. Good service. Some housekeeping things such as needing to reserve restaurants is unnecessary. Restaurants can be first come first serve. The staff was helpful and Service good.If traveling to Cuba bring dollars or euros. Don't convert your money. Rest is good.

Dariel, Kevin and Carlos are amazing. Was fantastic by the pool. Very energetic. Got everyone to play games! Was so much fun. They had some aquatic games and taught people how to dance and play a shuffle board game which was lots of fun. I ended up meeting new people from the games! I had a blast. Highly recommend coming here because of them!
