We just stayed at this hotel for a week and everything was great. The hotel and rooms are really clean. Food and beverages are good and the sevice is nice. They have good entertainment. Kevin and Dariel we...re really fun and they did definitely make our time better. The people are really nice and friendly. We will come back to this hotel for sure. Thank you

We were here first week of May in the Royal Service. The hotel was very kind and upgraded us to the swim up room. The resort is quite big and beautiful as are the grounds. The staff are lovely and friend...ly. The beach is gorgeous and was happy with the amount of palapas. It would have been nice if perhaps they had someone clean the sea grass (NOT sargassum) on the beach every day but really it wasnt that bad. The pools were clean and lovely. Our room. Overall it was "ok" but it definitely needed some repairs/TLC. Not alot of accessible outlets and some were not working others were coming out of the wall. The bathroom outlet did not work either. We dont feel good having our towels replaced everyday so it would have been helpful to have some hooks in the bathroom. As for the food, it was also "ok". I do feel upgrading to Royal Service was better as the buffet in Royal Service I found was better although not alot of selection but thats ok. The burgers at the Rock Cafe were not good and the one time we tried the Main buffet , we were not really able to eat. 3 a la carte restaurants. In our opinion, the Italian was the best and the Japanese was okay too. The French restaurant? No comment and will leave it at that. We did go into downtown Varadero one night ($25 cab each way). We had an amazing Lobster (and large) dinner at Varadero 60 for $26 USD and their Mojitos were fantastic at $5 US Overall we had a very nice time. The staff are lovely, the grounds are beautiful and that beach...is stunning. Please understand that Cuba is going through some challenges so if you have high culinary expectations then perhaps its not for you. Overall we always found something to eat, and we come here for the culture, the people and of course that stunning stunning beach!!

This was our first time doing an all inclusive and we couldn't have been more pleased and impressed. The room was spotless as were the grounds. The folks who work here went all out to make our stay so memo...rable. We liked it so much we are heading back in late October for 2 weeks this time!! The food selection was fantastic, with lots of choices. Because we saw so many posts about no condiments we brought our own peanut butter, jam and ketchup. No need at all as there were all kinds of choices. We did do the Royal upgrade so that had something to do with it, so we do recommend the upgrade as it gives you an a la carte meal every night and some other very nice perks. They even upgraded us to a swim up suit!! We can't wait to head back!!

The best experience im the world!! The place is beautiful wunderful like a magic paradise!! The show was very intertaining very sexy staff, games are so fun , no better place than paradisus princess del ma...r, Staff is awesome especially KEVIN & MARIALYS they are the best and we will to come again for sure!!!!!

Third time there and was even better than first 2. We were there for 10 beautiful days and everything was great. Food has improved, with more options, beach gorgeous, weather good, a bit windy but sunny fo...r most of the 10 days. This has become our second home. Staff is just wonderful, all kind, helpful, fun, they have become family. A special thanks to Yas and Randy, our butlers, for taking care of everything for us. Mila at piano bar for being her usual fun and great bartender, and the rest of the bartenders, the animation team for making it fun (special thanks to Carlos, Brenda, Mery, Dariel). All the waiting staff was great too, special thanks to Evelio at the Japanese.
