If something doesn't go your way It still goes in a good way. Unfortunately the safe ran out of battery and also so did my door lock mechansim. extremely annoying

This resort was great, no big complaints. I assume due to being off-season we may not have gotten the "full" experience of the resort, but the main thing is it was clean, beach was beautiful, staff was pleasant and helpful (with a special shout out to Belgis and Yumki, our servers at breakfast and lunch, who we looked forward to seeing every day!) In the room, the bed was comfortable, pillows were fine, with a selection of a hard pillow or soft one. With the Royal Service, we had our own "backyard" with a couple chaise-longes and a day bed going right into a pool. Definitely a fun concept, but we didn't spend much time there (we were either inside for AC or at the beach). For the food, keep in mind that this is CUBA. They did the best with what they had after the hurricane and other current issues. First day was a bit tough, but after that there was always something decent and healthy to eat. Can't go wrong with rice, beans, and grilled fish/chicken/pork, and an omelette with toast and a wide selection of cheese and cold cuts for breakfast (smoked salmon every morning for a week is a dream). If you're a really picky eater, just don't come to Cuba ??????? I personally never came here for the food, I just need decent sustenance!

As usual I go every year twice with my wife . An amazing experiance everytime. EUGENIA one of the managers always provided us exceptional service. We are from Canada, Laval. Always choose this hotel. Food is great for cuba. Clean rooms. A+++

I have the best experience in this Hotel the staff are very friendly and the resort is very well keep the room are very nice and clean! food is great as well BELGIS and Nurian at the Buffet place help us a lot ….look for them here and they will help and assist you!
