Amazing Hotel and Staff!!

Amazingly beautiful!!! We stayed in room 610 which was a suite with three balconies with views of the harbor, downtown- including The Empress Hotel - and Parliament Building, which was lit at night. It is an excellent location, and we walked to almost everything, except we had to uber to Buchart Gardens. Bus tours were also available to the Gardens. There is a 75-minute boat tour located at the harbor as well that I highly recommend. Trounce Alley had excellent food and atmosphere. All of our food experiences were excellent. Empress High Tea is a must. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is beyond helpful and professional. We had a full bathroom and 1/2 bath with living room, dining table and kitchen amenities. Overall, a wonderful hotel which made for an unbelievable vacation.

We very much enjoyed our three night stay at this property. We had a king city view room which ended up having a substantial view of the harbour from our balcony. Spacious, well appointed room with fridge, coffee and tea. Very clean with comfortable bed, plenty of towels, etc. Daily housekeeping was on point and requested via a switch on the wall indicating “privacy” or “housekeeping”. The staff at this hotel are a real asset. Everyone we encountered were professional, friendly, and anxious to ensure we were having a comfortable stay. We look forward to returning.
