Not 4 stars hotel at all. 3 stars at the best sunny day. And it is only because this hotel is close to the town. Beach is good, but be ready to have one towel for a beach and pool all day, you cannot give... a towel back and come later and take a new one. Bar in the room: 4 cans of pop, and nobody will refill it. We asked the guy at reception, and he said it was a welcome drink. Restaurants are bad. Do not waste your time waiting for your food. You will be frustrated. Just go to buffet, which is way better. Almost nobody speaks English, even at reception. And the top one, it was NO HOT WATER in the room last night. After a few tries to call reception, someone answered the phone and just disappeared, so we should go there. Just think a few times before booking this resort. We spent almost 4000 CAD through Sunwing. We stayed at the same company resort Viva Heavens in the Dominican Republic. It was smaller, cheaper, more comfortable, and more friendly than this resort. When you arrive, the employee of Viva is trying to sell you a "VIP" package promising a present or dinner. Is there any sense in this "VIP" package after this review?
