Careful before you make reservation

We had a reservation that was cancelled over the phone with your hotel staff. It was well before the cancellation date. It was a cancellable and refundable rate. To my dismay,I was charged almost 1.5k USD for 2 nights, even though we cancelled and did not even stay at the hotel! Hotel is claiming no show! Very disappointing
Paradise in Aruba!

This was our family’s first trip to Aruba and certainly won’t be our last! We stayed on the family side of the resort and LOVED it. Despite the resort not having direct access to a beach, the boat ride to the island beach more than makes up for it. The island is beautiful, peaceful and picturesque… we couldn’t get enough! The food at the resort is wonderful - better than any other resort we’ve stayed at in the Caribbean! We also wanted to give a huge shoutout to the staff who made our stay one we will never forget! Our friends Marianela, Ai Zhen, Rosa and Santusha at Fresco always greeted us with a warm smile and impeccable service. Other staff that made our stay incredible were William, the gardener that made our mom the most beautiful bouquet for her birthday, Carlos at the swim up bar, our wonderful shuttle driver and our friend the navigator/concierge who gave us amazing recommendations for the island. Aruba truly is one happy place - thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing and we will see you next year :)
