So happy we chose this hotel. Friendly from the time we stepped foot in to the time we left. Clean rooms,very nice outside,clean pool and great staff. Blue water grill on the property has excellent sushi 2 days a week and excellent food and drink with a friendly staff all the time. We were there for the approach of hurricane Beryl, which thankfully missed Ambergris Caye. The staff kept us informed and gave us options to leave to Belize city sister hotel or shelter in at the hotel. Can't say enough about this place. right on the beach with everything close by.

Great hotel. all the staff were great, front desk people could be a bit friendlier, but the lobby people and the housekeepers were fab. Watch out for the old sometime holey blue swimtowel. They will exchange wet/used towels for you, but goodness stakes if you "borrowed" more than than, they will chase you down and or charge you. The TV remote is hard to use, hence watching TV can be a struggle. The sheets changed every every 3rd day, which is fine, bed was fine, pillows stiff, but I bring my own, so it was ok. The shower is great, have rain shower and foot showers combined unit. The food is good, we had the free up to $32 breakfast coupon, so was great. The bar is nice, the bartenders friendly and good pour. Average prices. Try the watermelon juice! Had a nice happy hour style promotion at the dining room. Also had a great spa- definitely try it! Walking distance to all of the San Pedro restaurants, bars and beach. We went to dive, so the Ambergris Divers was just pass the pool and wonderful relationship between hotel and dive shop. Would definitely book again.

Really enjoyed my time in Belize/Sunbreeze Hotel. Hotel is right across the street from San Pedro Airport and right in the heart of San Predo town. Restaurants/convenient stores are in walking distance. Customer service is top notch and Sheena was very helpful; she made calls to help with excursions/reservations and was very helpful with directions. Thanks Sheena!! Will definitely come back!

I love the ocean front location and the large well equipped rooms. The people are the most friendly of any island . This is my 5 th return over 12 years to SunBreeze Hotel and their 5* Ambergris Dive Shop located on property. It's Better in Belize! You better Belize it!!

We enjoyed our stay at the SunbreezeHotel. Belize was having issues with electricity, so there were frequent power outages on the island however we never experienced an outage at the Sunbreeze. They must have had a generator. The pool had areas that was shaded by trees and areas that had full sun. We ate most of our meals at the Bluewater Grill, which was excellent.
