I think the front desk was leilani? She MADE this trip by going above and beyond. Initially I was put in a room that was undergoing renovations and had unpacked and everything. They asked I vacate the roo...m so they could put me in the right area. Well they ended up upgrading my room and giving me a restaurant voucher for the trouble. Exceptional service to quickly fix the issue and will be back

We had the best vacation! The facility is so well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful! The staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful! Everything you need is right there-the ocean, two pools, a restau...rant, coffee and hot chocolate every morning! There are both laundry facilities and a gym… the location of the Villas was perfect and our family cannot wait to return again next year!
