Just to be clear I am not reviewing the hotel itself but I could not find anywhere to review the restaurant that is being operated now by Kihei Cafe which recently took over from the Ami restaurant I went for dinner which is located more as a pool side bar/restaurant The Kihei cafe restaurant was always known for their breakfast which has always been very good (they have 3 locations now) Unfortunately by taking over the dinner restaurant for this hotel they have bit off too much The food is mediocre at best $20 hotdog/ basic frozen patty hamburger with frozen type crinkle fries(if I wanted that at restaurant prices ) I would just stay home They really have to pick up there game to stay in this nice hotel location

Location was great! Live bands every night from 6 to 9 pm. Beautiful pools/hot tub. Whole experience HIGHLY recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, with a fantastic pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering plenty of comfort. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the beach and within walking distance to many great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Room was clean, modern and the housekeeping was fantastic. Stayed in the Kai tower which is either new or recently updated in a modern style. Located right across the street from the beaches between Kam 1 and Charlie Young, so easy walking for sunsets and swimming.Best feature was the keycard wristbands which enabled us to go swimming without having to worry about losing our cards. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing in taking care of my wife! Big thanks to Eric the security officer being such an amazing human being! Also my beautiful wife left her coat and they gladly shipped it back free of charge. Can't thank you amazing people enough for all you've done! See you next year! Aloha!!!! Jamie Poore
