The first thing to say is that the suites are owned by several companies so standards may differ.We had a suite owned by LEISURE SUITES INTERNATIONAL. The suite was high quality but could have used a little modernisation. The suite we had was in tower 3 of which there are 3 towers and included a kitchenette which incorporated a toaster,microwave,2 hobs and a fridge plus kitchen utensils.The en suite included a large shower cubicle in which although functional the shower needed modernising. There was also a seating / dining area and a flat screen television with decent channel choices including SKY NEWS. The suites are described as just off strip which is a bit of a noma.They are in fact a good 10 minute walk along corridors and through the MGM GRAND to get to the strip ,emerging opposite NEW YORK NEW YORK.En route you pass through a good variety of eateries in a food hall. There is a good american style diner in tower 2 but it is expensive.

The Signature was an awesome place to stay! The rooms are clean and beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing during the "down time". I enjoyed my stay. Tower #1 has a Starbucks andTower #2 has a nice coffee shop.

We escaped to Vegas to attend the Las Vegas Raiders Monday night game and enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature tower 3. The room was spacious and very comfortable for our stay. The view was amazing and the jacuzzi tub and shower was very relaxing.

The suite was luxurious, spacious, and immaculately clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. I particularly loved the quiet, non-casino atmosphere, which made it feel like a serene retreat amidst the excitement of the Strip. The private pools, easy access to MGM Grand, and top-notch amenities made everything so convenient. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a base for exploring Vegas, The Signature MGM is a fantastic choice. I can’t wait to return and will absolutely recommend it to friends and family!
