Immaculately clean. Wonderful friendly staff! Stayed for a week. An easy walk to the downtown restaurant & bar row. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi! Our room had a great little Kitchener and refrigerator with... a little grocery store just on the corner. Very sweet to my puppies! I highly recommend.

I’m writing to express our disappointment regarding a recent stay at this hotel. We were genuinely shocked by the lack of care and follow-up during what turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. On ou...r first night, we were abruptly woken up by a strong, chemical odor coming through the ventilation system. When we contacted the front desk, your staff confirmed that fumigation was taking place. I experienced a headache from the fumes, and it was clear the room was not in a suitable condition to continue staying in. While we were moved to a new room, my husband and I had to pack and carry everything ourselves—late at night, 11:30pm - 1am and with no assistance offered. The following day, no one from their team reached out to check in on us or to follow up on the incident. I approached the manager Fernanda personally, who offered a verbal apology and three $7-$10 breakfast vouchers. Unfortunately, this response felt dismissive and did not reflect the seriousness of the situation. At no point during the rest of our stay did anyone check in or make any effort to ensure our wellbeing or satisfaction, which added to our disappointment. We expected better standards of service and safety from Hotel Santa Fe Loreto by Villa Group. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve their guest experience.
