Horrid Manager
Genny B on Apr 08, 2025
The new 'manager' Mr. William Evans, canceled our pre-paid $6,000, 28 day stay for our brother who has stage 4 throat cancer and needs to continue treatment at nearby USC Hospital. Mr. Williams wielded his... 'power' over a minor technicality, defying logic, compassion or buisness sence. His egregious cruelty is beyond comprehension. He is a disgrace to humanity and Hilton Hotels.
Come stay, close to Union Station

This was a comfortable week long stay in a spacious and clean room. Quick check-in, but $75 per night deposit required (refundable). No resort fee. Bathroom was clean. Room had safe, iron and board coffe...e maker and fridge. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and quiet for a good sleep. Snacks, sandwiches, beer and wine available near reception. Bar and restaurant good, but limited options and only open until 10pm. Big 7 Eleven across road. Little Tokyo and Chinatown just around corner with plenty of bars and restaurants. Close to Union Station for Amtrak interstate trains, direct to Airport bus and Metrolink services. Would stay again.
Lovely safe and comfortable hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.

Deluxe linens and very comfortable bed. Nice window view and a full service Pub for dinner and then in the morning a full on breakfast. Very safe hotel, Uber pulled in and off we went to Peacock theater fo...r Il Volo concert. March 2025 Then back for a great nights sleep.
Nice hire but unsafe surroundings

The actual hotel is fine, nice and clean with good facilities. A small shop with necessities is handy in the lobby. However there are sketchy people surrounding the hotel and we felt very unsafe to walk an...ywhere, even to the seven 11 across the road (which had an armed guard).
Great experiences!!

First impressions are important. The young lady at the front desk on 12/28 at 10pm was fabulous. Customer service is a huge deal for me. The young lady who helped me made me feel like she'd known me before.... She made sure everything was taken care of. We complimented each other's head band ans bling. She gave me water and warm cookies (a great touch for a tired, late arrival) as I dragged myself to my beautiful room. The view from my room was magical. Somewhere there were fireworks. As I checked out in the morning, her "twin" allowed me to store my luggage so that I could complete a couple of tours. The hotel restaurant dinner was fabulous! I couldn't believe the menu included wagyu beef sliders! I was very pleased with everyhing!
