We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The food and the drinks were amazing as well as the service. One employee stood out the most to us. Her name was Guadalupe. She was caring, friendly and she was alwa...ys happy to help us. This resort is lucky to have her! We will truly miss her

i enjoyed my stay with my best friend. rooms were clean. the beach was nice. i liked the amount of activities available. food was hit or miss and service was always very slow. more staff should be hired so... that they could be more efficient. servando at the pool was the best. the resort had a very chill vibe. definitely an older crowd (probably because it was may). the water was not too hard. my hair stayed soft the entire trip. the suckling pig tacos at the mexican restaurant were the best.

The property was very cute! Servando at the pool deck was so nice and accommodating. The restaurants were good but service was always slow. We were waiting at least 45 minutes for food. Overall, the exper...ience was fun and there are many activities to take part in.

Beautiful and extremely well run facility. super clean, attention to detail everywhere. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was great. Sante was good for dinner, but Cappella had such good pizza and las...agna, so many choices. definitely my favorite. The Breakfast at Malva was awesome. It was more like a brunch buffet but with good stuff from fresh tamales and handmade quesadillas to omelet bar and just so many options. Tokimeku was nice, but they salted/over salted the sashimi. Agua Marina was the lunch place and they had really good choices and quality food. Overall portions are smaller so you don't waste, which makes it great to order 2 things to try more. Make sure to be very clear with your waiter at Agua Marina. Each time I was there they brought me something I did not order in addition, one time got it wrong (ordered fish ceviche and he brought me shrimp), or forgot my coffee etc. Not a big deal because you get to try different things. I know Costco states "tips" are included in the package, but everyone there seems to be working for the tips and I suspect that this may help with experience and flow if you know what I mean. Servando by the pool and Carlos at the beach were awesome and made things happen and were extremely helpful and helped me out a lot. Just FYI, Sante restaurant is dinner for everyone and breakfast and lunch for "reserve" guests. However one of the staff at the concierge desk incorrectly told me that dinner was for reserve guests only. I called him out on this and he doubled down, so I went to Sante to check and got right in!! There will always be small things that happen were ever you stay, but they were small. This place is very well managed and run. Overall loved this place and NO kids!!! highly recommend. I would go back and I talked to many people there who were repeat customers.

Amazing experience. Great hotel with incredible service. Food was great and staff went the extra mile. Had 15 in our party and they accommodated us every step of the way. Our concierge Juventino took great... care of us and made it a point to meet us face to face everyday at the pool as well as check in via text. Location was also a major plus with the swimmable beach. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
