Unbelievable experience. Staff…attentive. Grounds…beautiful. Having the all inclusive experience just made everything worry free. There are some up charges for certain things in the resort like particular brands of expensive alcohol or certain special items on the menu; however, this shouldn’t worry you. There are plenty of excellent brands of alcohol included and the food was amazing. We did an up charge for a meal at one of the sister resorts and I enjoyed it just as much as one of the included meals. All the food is quality. Pro tip: When ordering a cocktail, instead of “vodka soda”, say “Absolute and soda”. You just ask for the brand of alcohol you want in the mix. Otherwise you might get a brand on the lower shelf. Honestly though, I forgot to do this a couple of times and I didn’t notice any difference, but if you have a more refined taste, perhaps you would. The Pacifico is an adult only venue and so if you like calm and peaceful, this is the place you want to be. You can book a ride to any of the other sister resorts for different levels of activity. It was fun to visit the other, more chaotic places, but we could always come back to the peacefulness of Pacifico. There is no swimming in the ocean at the Pacifico unless you have a death wish. The rip current is powerful. Don’t do it. We shuttled over to the Rosa where there is ocean swimming. Super fun. There is a restaurant in the center of the resort where most people go to breakfast. Never disappoints. Carlos B. kept the mimosas coming and the coffee topped off. Itzell was a pleasure. She was the hostess the first day and her lovely smile and friendliness was wonderful. Every day we would make sure to say hi to her, even if she was in another section.

This is the most amazing place! The best, friendliest service we’ve ever had in our lives. Special shout out to Carlos B and Itzelle at Siempre, for their kindness and service! We ate breakfast there every day and were never disappointed. Try the mango shot - you won’t regret it! Adults only at this resort, which made it 10x more relaxing. The most beautiful views. We could go to the other connected resorts for more of a touristy, wild, party experience, and then come back to this gorgeous, calm, serene setting. Wonderful! We’re saving our pennies to come back as soon as we can…
