The facility is in excellent condition. Our room was fantastic. The staff were friendly and responsive. The food and drinks were excellent. Loved the yoga instruction. So amazing to relax and watch whales and rays from the comfort of our beachfront cabana. We will definitely return.

My husband and I arrived on Sunday, Dec. 15th for a one week stay. The staff here has been incredible. Erik took care of us for the entire week we were out on the beach. He anticipated our every need - towels were on the Bali bed before we arrived each morning, he brought a bucket of ice with water and drinks when we arrive and he would check in just often enough to make sure we have drinks, lunch orders and any thing else we need. Alan, at the El Arroyo Mexican restaurant was also fantastic. On our first night at the restaurant, he offered to give us the ‘highlights’ off the menu. We didn’t have to think about what to order. Amazing tasting dishes arrived - each was a wonderful surprise and so tasty! We have definitely loved our stay here and look forward to another visit back!

We had a great time on our honeymoon together! We went to a few different resorts to get food and drinks but the service and the ambiance was always great at Zoetry. I want to personally thank Eric for helping us out with great service and helping us book horseback riding on the beach! His service was above and beyond.

Staff and food was amazing. Always attentive to every need. They were very energetic and helpful. Unlike many all inclusive resorts, the drinks were made properly. Juan and Luis were great bar tenders at the pool and always took care of us. Jaime provided fun activities by pool each day. Thank you for a great and relaxing vacation. It was just what we needed.

Erik was amazing beach service and service. So friendly and helpful with any food or drinks or beach service. Thanks for making our vacation great. Please ask for him when you come you won't be disappointed. The whole team is great as well!!!
