Bach weekend. The hospitality was amazing. We had great service from Tariq and Joseph at the rooftop bar and would def recommend going there for a drink next time you’re in the area. Broadway tends to be o...verrated and this is more laid back and quiet.

Held a 3 day business meeting for 20 people. Hotel rooms on 3rd floor are really nice - clean and spacious. Meeting rooms on 21st floor had a great view. The staff of Don, Judy, Maribel, Delsey, & Cam wer...e amazing! Great hotel location - many cool places are within a short walk.

Michelle was wonderful! Made the entire experience a breeze! Great service, great staff. Highly recommended. Location is adjacent to downtown and provides the perfect view/walk to everything! We will ...definitely be returning to spend another weekend soon!

I would not recommend this Residence Inn to anyone and will not be going back. It was so disappointing as I always stay at Marriotts and have been a reward member for years. The room was extremely dirty,... we arrived late so couldn't ask for another room plus housekeeping was gone for the day. Dirt, food, grease, lotion (hoping that was what it was) and who knows what else was everywhere. Headboard, counters, microwave, drawer handles, etc. Disgusting. The service wasn't great either, not able to accommodate an hr later check out despite agreeing to it and listing it on the app under my reservation and then cancelling it. The breakfast was ok but there was about an hr left on one of the days for breakfast service and the oatmeal was low so I asked an attendant if there was more and she just dumped in hot water which made it so soupy and disgusting. The rooftop view was awesome as well as some of the deck areas but overall we will not go back or encourage anyone else to stay here. The location wasn't bad, although for some reason every Uber driver had such a hard time finding the pick-up location right inside the garage area.

Perfect location for our family to attend the SEC basketball Tournament. Parked our car in valet and never moved it the entire weekend. Staff was friendly, rooms were perfect size and clean. Wonderful o...utdoor pool near full gym, plenty of restaurants near by if the ones in the hotel aren’t open.
