Super clean room, easy check in and out. Within walking distance to anything you need! Great family experience! The separated kids and parents room was super nice, with separate TVs. Especially good for ke...eping those stinky teens in a separate room ??. Best part was the price! A fraction of Disney’s resort!

Excellent location for walkability. Easy 15 min walk from door to Disney Security check point. Stayed in family suite since it was 2 adults, a 7 yr old and Grandpa... had a king bed in front room with desk..., frig and microwave, a large bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a desk and sink. The sink in the bedroom helped with 4 of us since only 1 bathroom. Although its a little bit older hotel, everything was clean and fairly comfortable. Basic pool was fun for our 7 yr old, hot tub was hot, but needs refinishing in seating areas...lots of rough worn areas that made some pull marks on bathing suits. Very nice people at front desk who helped us operate the scooter we rented (from D&R Mobility nearby), and they charged it for us each night too. Would recommend this hotel and the family suite

I read the mixed reviews online and was a little skeptical of the place. However I had a great stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, the furniture was in great condition. There was a table and a desk ...so that was nice for the couple in-room meals I had, as well as some work I had to do on my laptop. The fridge and microwave worked well. They could stand to invest in more comfy beds/pillows and better TVs but none of these really affected my stay. The only other thing is that it is an older motel-style place and overly excited children squealing and running past your room in the morning is a little painful. On the upside - I did not oversleep one single day lol. The hotel itself is a little bit of a hike to Disney - probably 1/2 mile to the main gate where you scan into the park. It’s fine in the morning but by the end of the day it’s a little rough to walk back. If you have a car (and don’t mind a 5 minute drive or so), you might want to drive to the Toy Story lot and take the shuttle back and forth to your car because it does cut down on the walking. The staff was extremely friendly and when I decided to stay an extra night they gave me the returning guest discount which was a much better rate than I could get through the Disney site - about $70/night less. I have no idea what the suite rooms are like but if I am able go back later this year with a couple of friends I’d definitely consider it. If I end up in a hotel by myself for that trip I’ll definitely book here.

Most recently we went to Disneyland for our daughter's birthday weekend in March 2025. As a family we have been going to Disneyland and California Adventures several times a year since November 2016. Excep...t for our 1st trip, we have only stayed at Castle Inn & Suites. It's right down the street from the enterance, so it's just a short walk to the parks and then back again at the end of our day. There is also some places to eat right next door to the hotel as well as between the parks and the hotel. When we are there our daughter calls our room at the hotel, "Our home away from home." The beds are comfortable and the entire staff are friendly, professional and very helpful if we ever need anything. They are the pnly hotel we ever stay at when we visit "The Happiest Place On Earth". They are The Best!

This was a great hotel for visiting Disneyland with the kids. It's a close walk to Disneyland and there is a pool. What else could you need? The check in process was quick and easy and we were able to p...ark at the hotel for our whole Disneyland trip.
