Just returned from a 2 week stay here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 & 12) and we will definitely be back when next returning to Orlando. It is the best value for money room and location wise w...e have had when holidaying in Orlando and can't believe we haven't stayed here before. The location is perfect for Disney and the regular free shuttle buses provided are great. Although we did use Uber/Lyft mostly as were cheap and meant we could go whenever ready ETC. Example prices of a taxi one way fare to Disney parks ranged from as little as $6, up to $20 dollars depending on time and what part of Disney it was too/from. As Universal is further away it is a little more expensive to get up there but still reasonable taxi fares of around $15 - $25. All in all better value than car hire and theme park car parking prices IMO! One thing is it that the hotel is quite remote and can only really walk to any shops/facilities across the busy road, or a bit further along towards the I4 there is more choice of shops and restaurants ETC. But with ubers/lyfts so plentiful and good value you can get anywhere you need to around Orlando easily without a car from the hotel. The rooms are great and are perfect for what you need them for if not spending a lot of time in the room. Big enough, clean and loved having a separate living space to the bedroom. So much better than the one bedroom motel type rooms that most other hotels in Orlando offer at the same value. The rooms were serviced and cleaned every day to a high standard. The reception staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The included breakfast is a great bonus and although not the biggest selection it had more than enough to get you going for the day. Pancakes, coffee and the fruit went down well. The breakfast staff were so friendly and nice also. We only used the pool here a couple of late nights after parks but again the area is kept beautifully clean and the pool was great for a quick dip and cool down. We did have pool days at the sister hotel though, as this was bigger and had a bigger pool with slide, pool bar and DJ playing so was brilliant to use this also. The benefit of being able to use the facilities at the Caribe Royale, next door a 2 min walk away, is also what makes this hotel a great option as they have a Starbucks, bars/restaurants and market shop available for guests to use. Caribe Royale is a beautiful huge hotel and is the perfect partner to use when staying at Buena Vista Suites. Keep up the good work and service, can't wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Quiet and nice pool, but allows use of sister pool with water slide. Nice breakfast assortment, and Tammy always brightened our day with her smile. Hope she gets that pink... Harley!!!! My only concern was a loud clanking in our room due to ac unit. Maybe they can check into room 337:)

We just got back from a four night stay at Buena Vista Suites. We had an amazing experience. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Every night we returned from a day in Disney and our bed was m...ade and fresh towels were left. Every morning we ate at the breakfast buffet that was both varied and plentiful. I am the Vice President of Operations for a company that thrives on details so I’m very cognizant of what goes on around me. The MVPs of breakfast were Tamee and Irasema! Every morning Tamee would come over and see how we were doing. She was extremely friendly and helpful. One morning, the orange juice was coming out as water. I asked if she could fix it and with lightning speed she had someone replace it for us! Irasema we met on our last day and she was just as friendly and helpful. What impressed me most was how well these two ladies worked together to provide the highest class of service available. They never stopped cleaning and helping guests. They interacted with each other with smiles as they worked which made me happy to see. After checking out on our last day, my husband had to finish some business. We sat at the table outside of the buffet which was then closed. There were no curtains so through the glass I could see and hear Tamee and Irasema cleaning the room for the hour we sat there. They cleaned every single surface and those floors were mopped with such precision that I literally would eat off of them. While they worked, they happily chatted. You could tell they genuinely love their job. As they say, integrity is what you do when no one is looking. I can’t love this hotel enough. Every person we interacted with was amazing. Any negative reviews must be coming from negative people who don’t appreciate extraordinary service. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Book now!

Second of all two-hotel stay in Orlando (the first was paid for by work). In several respects it was a better hotel than the first one (Renaissance at Seaworld). We had read some of the reviews prior to ...staying and were prepared to be disappointed but I have to say that it was 100% fine. The pro’s - friendly staff, clean rooms with good facilities, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, clean linens, washing/drying facilities, pool, food market, disney transport (Disney is nearby). We didn’t use the Gym, so can’t comment. The con’s, it was cold in the corridors etc but not the rooms (we mostly turned off the air-con) and the breakfast buffet was very basic (would like to have seen bacon to go with the pancakes from the machine).

It was freezing cold everywhere in the hotel, the air conditioning was running full blast, even though it was not warm outside. The hot water also ran out on several days and you didn't want to take a show...er. Breakfast was not good at all. Nothing on the bread except butter or jam. Otherwise nice hotel and ok location. However, I cannot recommend.
