This resort is beautiful, stayed in the Destino Tower the rooms are basic and small. It’s very clean and everyone was helpful. It was my first time staying in a Disney resort nice experience but better off... renting a airbnb for the pricing and the overpriced food. The pool is great there was no seats available but people leaving there towels holding chairs. Transportation to the parks is great it comes every 15 min. Easy entry to the parks I did magic kingdom and hollywood studios. I have a 11 year old boy he really enjoyed Hollywood studios and the the new ride Tron at the magic kingdom. The Disney app is very convenient you can see the wait for the ride on your phone order food for pick up too. The wait time is crazy I recommend to get the lightning lane pass. Over all beautiful resort but very basic.

This resort is absolutely beautiful and very big, so be prepared for lots of walking, which is not a bad thing. Check in was super easy, and I did not have to walk all the way back to the lobby to check ou...t. My room was on the lower level of the casitas and it was very quiet. Rooms are very clean, spacious, beds are comfortable, shower was perfect. I was told that housekeeping comes every other day, but they actually showed up every day. Employees are very courteous. The food was a little over priced for the generic places, but the higher end restaurants were pretty good. Free shuttle service to all of the parks. I had a rental vehicle, so I was able to park right next to my room, and drive to the parks with free parking. Pretty easy to get around, traffic was not bad at all. I had absolutely no issues with anything during my 5 day stay. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming for leisure.

It was our first time staying on a Disney property and my family really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful with some nice dining options. It is a bit spread out, but nothing felt like it was too f...ar. The room had plenty of space for a family of four. We also liked the on site dining. The pool and pool bar were great as well!

Our experience was very comfortable. The room at Gran Destino Tower was very polished and clean. There wasn’t anything in particular that made it special, but it was just as we expected. Transportation wor...ked very good. The only downside to our experience was that the rooms were in cleaned on a daily base, which one would expect for a hotel of such high prices. The pool was really crowded so we didn’t even try it.

Beautiful resort! Wonderful staff and the rooms are bigger than other resorts I found. They clean the rooms every 2nd day. WE stayed in the Cabanas right in front of the pool. We have a great room. Bus s...top is a little walk over. We had a laundry room i our area so it was convenient and walking to the tower is 2 mins away. All close by. Book a regular room and ask for Cabanas 8 and you'll be in this area. The resort is also close to most all the parks. Buses in the morning were passing every 3-4 minutes. Food court isn't too bad. I liked all the items we chose for fast food and then they have tons of great sit down restaurants to choose from. Main pool is busy with families and activities but we stayed in our quiet pool area and loved it!
