Disney experience going down hill

Me and my partner stayed here for two weeks. I have stayed at the all star resorts before and had pleasant experiences. Unfortunately this time round we were left disappointed. We had an issue with our first room, on our third night upon returning late from the park (around 10pm) we discovered our aircon was not working. No problem i understand these things than happen. We going in touch with reception and they sent an engineer round. He confirmed that the air con was broken which he was unable to fix as he was just a first responder and called someone else to come and have a look. The second engineer showed up and informed us he would be unable to fix the issue, the unit had ran completely dry and turned out it had been leaking out onto live wires! He informed front desk that we would need to move rooms. We waited another half hour (waiting for front desk to contact us regarding which room we were going to be moved to, with no contact and it now being past 11pm we ran them and were informed they would be sending someone to help us move our luggage shortly. Got to the new room at about 12pm (very tired after a long day) and our room keys would not let us. Once we eventually got into our room I went down to reception to see if they would be willing to offer us anything for the inconvenience (fast passes for the next day ect as this was going to have a knock on affect for our next day as we had planned to rope drop but was going to be 1am by time we got showered and settled for bed) I was informed they were unable to offer us any thing and asked what time I’d made the call as though I was lying about the time scale, I showed them my call logs but was still offered nothing. After paying extra to stay onsite at Disney I really did expect better and it was a lot different to anything I had experienced in the past with the company.

We stayed for a weekend at WDW pre-cruise and All Star Movies was great. It's clean, comfortable, and well-themed to really get that Disney feeling. It has a nice pool complete with Sorcerer Mickey overseeing things, a decent food court that opens early till late and all the Cast Members I encountered were super friendly. The bus service was regular and quick. The buildings have elevators/lifts and I was able to park my mobility scooter in the room at night without it blocking the whole place up. It's well worth being on site at WDW for all the extras you get, especially the early booking period for multi pass. We would stay here again.
