I stayed with my husband & teenage daughter for 2 weeks over Easter holidays. Was a little concerned having read recent reviews which mentioned building works but luckily that was all finished by the time ...we arrived, just little bits of painting still going on which did not impact our stay. Room was absolutely fine for our needs, we didn't cook but kitchen had all the essentials. All areas of the hotel were well maintained, pool area was nice with towels provided. Really good laundry room, small gym, little shop for essentials & a starbucks open in the mornings. We only used this once as preferred to take a morning walk over the road to the Wawa who do good coffee or a little further was another starbucks. Great location, lots of places to eat within a very short walking distance plus a couple of places for just a drink, plenty of supermarkets, area seemed very safe to walk around, including at night. Close to Disney and short, easy drive to Universal. We travelled with Tui so our parking fee was included, which is a bonus. Didn't have a huge amount of contact with stay but those we did speak to were pleasant & helpful

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Modern, clean, practical and quiet at night. Service at reception was always quick, friendly and efficient. Great location for Disney, Disney Springs and an ...array shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The pool area was clean and we enjoyed our down days there.

I stayed with my husband over Easter in April this year. We were looking for a hotel that was close to both Disney & Universal. This is not our usual trip format or type of hotel, so expectations were low.... We were more concerned with location > amenities. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It ticked every box we had and more. It's in a great location (5 mins to Disney Springs, 15 minutes to Disney, 20 to Universal and 25 to the airport). The suites are spacious and comfy and have everything you'd need to cook / prepare your own food. The beds are comfy and there is shampoo etc provided. Added bonus of the hairdryer being very good too. Lots of room in the wardrobe and a safe for good measure. We didn't use the oven but there were plenty of plates/bowls/cups etc. We had parking included in our trip package, so I can't comment on the price of parking. However there were ample car parking spaces available during the day. The staff were super friendly and we also found time to use the pool. Again, we really didn't expect much - however the pool was clean and warm with towels provided. We would definitely stay here again when we next come to Orlando. Perfect location and really comfortable stay. Thank You!

We were advised to go here from Virgin Holidays at short notice For the 9 days we stopped here, we were given a ground floor apartment. Guests above were very noisy which did not help We were also the ro...ad side so excessive noise came from this very busy road The room given was very dark and grim, very little natural light, and the carpet in the lounge bit was badly stained. Disappointed with the level / non existent maid service Our main gripe was that we were not told about the building works being carried out. Virgin never informed us of this which was running at least 4 weeks overdue and later thought it was just painting works. It was far more than that and due to this we chose not to use the pool area throughout the entire stay Men around the pool painting, hammering, banging doesnt bode well for a nice relaxing holiday - The whole complex resembled a building site I'm sorry to say we would not come back

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room has a lot of space and is confortable, with two separete bedrooms, dinner table for 4 and a kitchen. The main bathroom is too small and old and the air conditioner ha...s to be updated. The thermostat changed the setpoint by itself. There is no room cleaning, they just change towels and take out garbage. Check in could be earlier (it is at 4 pm) and check out could be later (you have to leave the room at 11 am). Parking and receiving packages should not be charged. $15+tax/day for parking and $5+tax/pkg is too much.
