Fantastic!

We originally booked and stayed two nights at a Hilton branded hotel which turned out to be fairly horrendous so we decided to just go ahead and book the last three nights of our family trip at this Universal Hotel. We were very glad we did. This hotel was excellent. Clean, spacious rooms and our view of the beautiful pool was a beautiful reminder daily of our fun in the sun vacation while our home was covered in snow! Check in was easy, the Starbucks in the lobby though always busy, was great and the breakfast in the lobby restaurant Pier 8 was reasonably priced and delicious. Shuttle service to the Universal parks was quick and efficient and everyone working here seem to enjoy their jobs.. Highly recommended and we’ll be back!

It is exactly what it is Somewhere to sleep after your hectic park days Was comfortable beds very small Had all amenities such as good sized fridge microwave Coffee machine room safe hair dryer tvs Large supervised pool a gym laundry facilities ice machine Starbucks on site Food in the accommodation very highly priced and $6 for a red bull Would stay here again as it’s accessible to International drive not far from the outlets Serviced by the itrolly Staff were polite and knowledgeable Shuttle service to universal parks very good Priced very fairly And clean Good for the kids and a relaxing day but expensive to eat and drink in
Lack of transparency

I had a huge problem about receiving packages in the hotel, where they told me that they could receive a few packages and forgot to mention that they would charge me for that, this doesn't seems fair to me. The guests services just said that they could't do anything and that's they final answer. This just doesn't feel right, lying to your customers, specially in their wedding anniversary.
Great Stay

Dockside Inn and Suites is a clean, modern hotel in the perfect location for Universal Orlando Resort. There's a complimentary bus service that runs you directly to the resort at all times during the day, there's on-site catering, a bar, a Universal Studios store, plenty of seating in the public areas and more. The room was comfortable with lots of space, and a great view out to Orlando.
Amazing budget hotel

Fantastic budget hotel. We stayed for 11 nights and we're delighted to be upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The hotel is brilliant - handy for Walgreens and restaurants and the pool is terrific. Food and drinks are quite pricey at the hotel but lots of options locally. We've stayed at Royal Pacific on our last three visits and it is not worth twice the price of Dockside. We bought express pass separately, in advance and saved a fortune. Will be back at Endless Summer for sure. Already looking for May.
