The hotel location and grounds are lovely. Our room was very dated, with frayed curtains and baby spiders in the tub. When I mentioned the spiders to the front manager, she said it was because they had trimmed the foliage and they would fumigate. Had an issue with our gold status being applied to our bill. Said we misunderstood the process - we needed to show our gold card to he staff every time we made a purchase. Took days to provide an $8 credit vs the $40. No apology. This experience could have been handled much better with an apology and a simple credit.

La Quinta Resort is one of our all time favorite resorts. We love coming to this area so much that we actually purchased a vacation home and still come to the resort every trip for dinner or a spa visit! The atmosphere at this property is pure serenity. The layout ensures that you feel like you are in a private haven vs a bustling resort. We love the restaurants, pool areas, rooms, and walk ways.
