The little things will get different

This is a really nice resort. But that said took a shower today that there is no condition. I know this is A first rule problem but when you pay the cyber prices, I think you’re gonna expect there to be conditioner in your shower. It’s a little things neglected. It makes me disappointed.
When is the pool area remodel?

Main pool area needs a remodel. Multiple chairs were very dirty and we had keep searching for semi clean ones. They need to take notes from other MVC properties that clean their chairs often. BOTH hot tubs at the main pool have about 50% of the jets working. We also noticed that the pool water was a bit cloudy all week. Our room itself was good so no complaints there. Just a disappointing pool area. We are MVC owners and this was out first stay at this property. Not a terrible stay but overall just average.
