This hotel has alot of issues. several elevators were not working; the public bathroom near the meeting room (409) was disgusting (unusable). The snacks for purchase were not in stock, no water bottle wa...ter for sale. It seems to be a very old hotel and needs alot of things fixed.

I just finished our stay at Embassy Suites in Scottsdale, the staff were great to assist our needs, We tried to use the fire pit, it was out of propane. it took a little while to fix but once they did we h...ad a great time roasting marshmallows. We also meet different families from Wisconsin and Minnesota. It was fun to get to know new people. We didn't go to as many places as my wife wanted to, but for this vacation we just wanted to relax and stay at the resort. We loved hanging out at the pool, getting food from the restaurant and happy hour .
