Highly Recommend The Heathman Hotel

From beginning to end, all the staff, including the person opening the front door to the person setting up the morning coffee, were extremely warm and helpful, especially Chris at the front desk. They were always ready to answer any questions and give suggestions. The aesthetics of the hotel are classy and relaxing, with a distinct Portland vibe. It's easy to get up in the morning and go to the gym, eat a delicious breakfast at The Tavern, then explore Portland. Also, only a two minute walk from the Newmark Theater. We highly recommend The Heathman Hotel and we would return in a heartbeat!

The location is great and the room was very clean. I loved that there were two bathrooms. But the bed was awful. It was springy and offerred no support.

The entire visit was pleasant and the location was excellent. Valet parking was great. Everythihng seemed to work well. We especially liked the Steven Smith tea. although we had to plug the tea kettle into the bathroom outlet because the bedroom outlets were all in use.
Down town Portland not what it used to be.

Nice hotel but down town Portland is not a safe and friendly place these days. Need more of a police presence and or security services.
