Going for three in a row

We visited the resort with a large group last year and because of the great experience we decided to repeat the adventure, it was a great choice! The check in was very smooth. Rosa greeted us and her attention to detail was superb. We were a a group of four families and were upgraded to a villa to spend 5 amazing nights. The villa was perfect for the kids. The service maid, also named Rosa kept the villa in perfect condition and made breakfast every morning. Angelica, her assistant, was very courteous and attentive. The resort is as great as always, but is the service what makes us to start planning next year’s trip. Antonio at Lagos is a face we were looking to greet again and were happy to find him. Martin, Argentina and Robinson at the main pool and all the staff at minitas beach. Very grateful about Juan and his attention in charge of La Casita restaurant. The spa highly recommended! Thanks again this year to the personnel at the kids club, for the ambiance at La Piazzetta and staff in Cañas (too many to remember!). Jenna and Zoraida at concierge services. Margarito at the horse stables and the shooting center personnel. See you next year!

Villa crew (Yekenia and Alison) were simply the best. Made everyone feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had exactly what they needed. Any question was addressed immediately. The Villa breakfast was the best way to start our days and they kept the villa spotless.
