I can’t wait to come back the end of February

I can not explain how much fun we had. The resort is super clean beds are comfortable. The entertainment is awesome the shows are non stop. Mama mia (Maria) made my vacation extra special. She became family to me she is the kindest and most loving person i have met on vacation. I am coming back the end of February with my family. I can’t wait for my family to meet Maria we now have a new member to our family. Thank you so much for everything I love you so much!

Got a free room upgrade but never received my amenity! Pools were colder than expected, thought they would be warmer. Beautiful view of pool & beach though. A daily itinerary would’ve been nice to know what was happening for that day at the resort.

Staff is great, animation team was excellent with our son! Would come back! Peppa is the best, she always included my son in all activities. The rooms are great, bars, staff, and nightly parties were great. The hotel is older but it's very clean and well kept

The hotel is very clean and the service is amazing they are so quick with help, I got the room card wet and they were quick to give me a new one! The entertainers are very kind and make the experience enhanced truly a wonderful resort would recommend for families couples and for a solo trip

To my all stay I have trouble with my TV at the room and they didn't change it at my 3 night stay not front desk and maintenance didn't help
