Bed bugs
Shane B (Madison, Wisconsin) on Apr 18, 2021
Be careful check bed. Bed bugs and they will not help u. Stay elsewhere Reached out for a long time to replace lost items due to bed bugs. Got strung along. Terrible management awful place. Would not stay unless it was a last resort.
Good stay, comfy rooms

Stayed here for 3 nights in a room with 2 double beds and had a good visit. Beds were really comfortable, room was in decent condition. Had an issue with plumbing on arrival that was fixed relatively promptly. Area felt a bit sketchy at night but it was easy enough to navigate - walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown and Castro District. Overbilling issue was resolved on check out, however bond money took a while to come back into account. Would recommend.
Last minute night stay

Need a place to stay at the last minute. This place was reasonably priced and in a great location in downtown San Francisco. The room was clean and was comfortable. I forgot my toothbrush but called the front desk and they brought me one.
like it, but little things niggle

third time staying here, and choose to stay here because I know it, and it does what it says on the tin. A nice room, good bathroom, and very comfy bed. Due to it size, it can take a while for the lift to become available, and the street outside can be a bit tasty sometimes - but due to it being so busy, rarely feels unsafe. A good base to explore on foot or jump on the trams.
Great stay

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed this hotel. Yes, there are homeless people in the area but this is SF reality. The Uber is cheap and Bart is few steps away. Ola at the reception was really sweet and made us feel welcomed.
