We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at Sandals Halcyon Beach. This was our first time booking with Sandals and our first all-inclusive resort. The resort was small and quiet which made for a great honeymoon. We were very impressed with our beachfront room and the easy access to all restaurants and activities. On top of that, the service was top notch. All staff were very nice and informative and ensured we were taken care of appropriately. We would like to give a special shout out to our amazing butlers Pluta, Ajay, and Tylar. These three worked super hard all week to make sure we were receiving the best service possible. They were continually replenishing our drinks and snacks and were very client-centered. We can’t wait for our next stay.

The overall resort was small. You can never make dinner reservations as everything is booked and there are so few restaurants. DO NOT USE their photo services. They try to sell you a variety of packages and promise to ship you items abroad which you will never receive and never get a refund for. Go someplace else.

Great week enjoying the sun, beach, excursions at Sandals. We had a split stay (regular room + luxury butler room). Resort was tidy, well kept, beach was good. Tried all restaurants, all meals were quite good and no issues with wait times, staff taking care of us. Seaside Grill was popular, so took a bit of time to get our tasty food. Our butlers Ria, Christal, Marva were excellent and made our back half of our stay very enjoyable. Our excursions (Piton Sunset Cruise and ATV adventure) were also quite fun / worth doing. We had a speedy / aggressive airport transfer driver to the resort which wasn't great, the return driver was much better and more safety conscious. Water sports (kayaking, sailing) at resort was easy and staff were very good. The beach could have had more lounge chairs / areas for the quests to relax & enjoy the sand / water. It was fun to return to St. Lucia after many years and we'll be trying another Sandals resort in the years to come.

We just returned from a week at Sandals Halcyon where we had a great vacation.All the staff were great and our accommodation and location on the property were excellent. We had an excellent variety of restaurants to choose from and the food did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend this resort and we would definitely return for another holiday there.

We had a great time on our honeymoon at Sandals Halcyon. Leon, Javon, Ryan, Anna, Dervon, and Kareem were our favorite bartenders. Everyone was fantastic and so helpful and friendly. We loved our room. This was our first all inclusive resort stay and won’t be our last!
