Arrived Tuesday afternoon for 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom. Room was a good size but it was advertised on rci for 4 people and only a tiny side table with 2 chairs to eat at. Roof and windows leaked 3 times in rainstorms in 4 days. Shower wouldn't drain properly. We told front desk on Wednesday morning and the timeshare sales manager (did an "owners update" to learn about the new divi va ation club) said it would be taken care of right away, in an effort to get us to triple our timeshare investment. So Saturday morning at 9:30 while we are packing up for 10am checkout time a maintenance man asks to come in and repair the drain while we are frantically finishing up packing to clear out. The only thing NOT on island time is Dovi housekeeping asking if we have cleared out of the room at 9am. I told housekeeping we paid till ten, and I told the maintenance guy well you waited 3 days to fix it you can wait another 30 minutes until we are out of the room no? Disappointed in our home resort. The casitas were brand new not that long ago. Food, beach, and pools were great though. Also such a pretty location that's why we bought here originally.

This was my 25th trip or so (I've lost count), going to Divi Little Bay Resort on St. Maarten. As always I wasn't really ready to leave even though I spent 3 weeks there. Even though I am a "time share" person, I just don't trade into any other island; St. Maarten and Divi Little Bay is just so perfect for me. I do rent a car and occasionally go to another beach, or restaurants outside the resort, but the beach at Divi is so perfect, why go anywhere else. My unit (same one each year) is perfect for me and a companion if I bring someone. All the facilities and physical plant are in superb condition. But upgrades happen frequently. There are three pools: the main one behind Gizmo's Beach Bar has a swim up bar, another by the Sea Breeze Restaurant, and the Infinity Pool at the top of the resort. The beach is stunning and about 300 yards long. Excellent food at Pure Ocean (more formal dining), Gizmo's Beach Bar, a Mexican themed eatery, a Pizza shack, and the Amsterdam Cafe for lite fair and ice cream. I highly recommend for honeymooners, married folks, even families with kids. Very gentle surf so leave the surf boards for the French side of the Island on the Atlantic Ocean. Divi is on Little Bay and the Caribbean Sea. You will have a terrific vacation at Divi Little Bay. Anne Marie is the manager and does an outstanding job managing this incredible resort.

Rooms are outdated, Mini fridge and lamp base had rust all over them. The main lock to the entrance door appeared to have been kicked in or tamper with. I did not feel safe staying in the room with the condition of the lock. The front desk staff were very rude and unprofessional. I made the front desk staff aware of the issues. The manager told me although the fridge was rusty it still worked?!?! also advised if ai wanted to feel more secure I should lock the lock inside the room. I was moved to another room with the same issues! Refused to give me a refund, then finally agreed to partial refund. I advised I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $300.00 and one night stay. Please save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. The beach, pools and restaurants are nice but the rest of the hotel - thumbs down! just buy a day pass to enjoy the beach and outdoor amenieties.

The Divi Divi Little Bay in St. Maarten does not disappoint. The All-inclusive option worked great for our family of 7, with kids ages 21-32. We were warmly greeted by Mimi with a tropical drink when we arrived. She sets the tone at the resort & is everywhere. Great food & 3 fun pools. Tony the Activities Director and Sandy the Bartender at the infinity pool created lots of interactive fun among guests. There are cars for rent at the resort if you want to make a day trip and plenty of taxis, though they can get expensive. Only drawback was that there didn't seem to be much nightlife at the resort after 9 p.m. - but that's okay because we were exhausted after a day of fun in the sun.

I stayed at the Oceans building. Beautiful rooms, great view, really loved it. Personel at the resort very courtious and friendly. I spent three nights and were three nights of pure relaxation. Foor is great no matter where you stop to eat. Love the idea of little shops speciaally the mini market for the little things you want to have in your room to eat like if you were back home.
