Just came back from an amazing trip for my wife's momentous birthday with family and friends. We were a total of 19 so it was going to be difficult to get seating but the VDP Staff did an excellent job from beginning to the end of our trip. Oscar Galliano/Guest Services Manager made every effort to help us all have an enjoyable stay. This was our 4th time at VDP but for the rest, it was their first time and they were definitely impressed with the food, the rooms and location of the hotel with sweeping oceanviews of Cabo's famous Arch. The only bad I experienced was the slow service in some places and was usually dependent on the staff member but the majority of staff went abive and beyond for their guests. Amazing shows from the peformers with their nightly performances. Wished there was more lively activities in the daytime like at some places and one elevator wasn't working the whole time, no welcome drinks at lobby. I still highly recommend VDP for a wonderful experience for those looking into an All Inclusive Vacation. Will definitely be back. Recognition for outstanding service for hostess Liliana at Bella California with Mayren and Isabela as the servers. Eliceo, Esteban, Sergio, Rosario, Jorge, Xiomara, Leonardo, Lupita, Giovanni and Iracema all stepped up to provide great service with our big party and all our friends and family would all come back again from this experience at VDP. The best breakfast and views of the sea. Most of all, we had the best waitress! She was so kind and helpful! I am looking forward to returning. There was no wait and food on the buffet was superb! Hola! It was a little pricey, but worth it. Omelets made to order and delicious waffles!

We had nice time at Villa el Palmar. People at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, specially our waiter at the swimming pool "José". The pool was a little bit to crowded, and there were a few days, that there were no shades, nor deck chairs on the beach. That was a bit annoying.

On our visit to Cabo Wilberth and Carlos were the best!!! Wilberth in the Sports bar and Carlos by the pool. They are kind and fun to interact with. The service was amazing. I will come back for sure. Safe, fun and amazing food. Salvador at the Italian restaurant took special care of us on my daughter’s birthday.

Wilberth and Eulogio at the sports bar are the best! So friendly and makes the night a great time. Carlos with the pool side service is amazing! Such amazing service. I think his name is Salvador at the Italian restaurant is amazing!! I had my birthday there and he made my special day amazing!!
