Atelier Playa Mujeres is an All-Inclusive 5 Star Resort for Adults and guests over 16 years, offering a fantastic concept inspired by the Art and Design of Contemporary Mexico. A few bumps but still an awesome stay

This amazing resort brings us back again and again. Top notch service, great room (eventually), and beautiful location. We did have some issues with finding a room that wasn’t leaking on the 5th floor of building 2 (it’s been a rainy few months), but Diego the Front Desk Mgr and Zack the Concierge Mgr worked to find a solution and we ended up with a great room. Zack was also able to fix our transportation snafu that management and reservations wouldn’t correct before our arrival. Shout out to Arturo for a great ride back to the airport in the Atelier Suburban. Meals were still the best that we’ve had at an AI resort…Takeshi was a bit of a letdown this time. Don’t miss breakfast at Mercado 19…it has enough selection to never get old. Luis was friendly and very attentive on the patio and we were glad to see him again this stay. Lunch at Suspiro was great, but a little drawn out. Probably was a good thing so we could prepare for the piscina principal bar crawl! Bartenders at both bars in the main pool were great! We had different waitstaff every day at the pool, but they were always attentive and took great care of us. We weren’t in Julio’s section this time, but he made it a point to come by and say hi and welcome us back. You see again and again to not miss Bar de la Calle…the mixologists are amazing and you can tell they love what they are doing. The lobby bar is great as well. We will definitely be returning. We love the laid back atmosphere of the resort…this isn’t a party place but a true retreat. Thanks for the amazing stay!
Atelier - a vacation of a lifetime

From pre-arrival through the check- out process, the staff here is amazing. We have stayed here multiple times and ,again, cannot wait to return. We stayed in the Master Suite two bedroom ocean front with our own pool on the balcony, and the room was unbelievable in its size and amenities. Our butlers, Rodolfo and Cristal, were absolutely the best. They attended to every need, and we will request them again on our next visit. It was actually embarrassing how little we did for ourselves the entire week. We cannot recommend this resort enough. It has everything you could ever need or want for a vacation.
