This was my second time here with the first trip being last November 2023. The service, food, and ambience were wonderful so we decided to come back again. This second trip was nothing compared to the first visit. We stayed in the adults only tower again except this time we were woken up every night except for one by very loud guests. There’s construction going on right now in various parts of the resort which was loud and obnoxious. They were sanding the walls and painting in our hallway which made our room reek of paint fumes. Last year, we heard no guests overnight and there was no construction. There were long food wait times which we hadn’t experienced last year. The worst experience was the night they cancelled our hibachi reservation because we were 15 minutes late. We were late to dinner because the paint fumes were so bad in the room that we left all the doors propped open for some time before showering. We rented a beach cabana and had great service one day to terrible service the next day where it took 1 hour to get water. Part of the package you pay for includes water setup next to the cabana. We were also questioned by a staff member as to whether or not we paid for the cabana. The resort sent me 2 emails prior to my trip this year asking if we were celebrating anything. I let them know it would be my birthday. When checking in, they didn’t have anything decorated. They asked again at check in if we were celebrating anything and I told them again. Then, they sent someone to the room to decorate. The type of guests we witnessed at the resort this year were not great to say the least. It really was a shocking day and night difference. Kids were poorly behaved. We watched a 4-5 year old boy steal $2 of tip money off a table. We were informed that a manager wanted to speak to us before we left which was a total joke. After wasting my time explaining all of the issues, he muttered an apology and walked away. If you’re looking for consistency, I wouldn’t recommend this resort which is a shame because the views and location are fantastic.

My first all-inclusive hotel experience, and it exceed my expectation! The location might be the best in Cancun, the food/drink are great, the service is outstanding, only complaint might be the weather but that's not sth we can control, will consider come up next time!
