You can read about all the good stuff on the other reviews. What they don't say is that the building is sub standard and has no sound proofing. Therefore your day starts according to your neighbors ie you wake when your neighbors go to the toilet, or they get up at 5am for yoga etc, you hear people as they walk past your front door and hear your neighbors doors opening and closing. There is no peace and tranquility. Management said that 'they don't provide sound proofing' like it is something you have to ask for. We stayed in the premium king room and in comparison to other resort of similar price the Hyatt rooms are not up to the quality. Also don't expect tranquility at the pool, even on the beach chairs it is hard to get away from the noise of the pool. So if you don't mind these things I am sure you will enjoy the resort. We also stayed at Laguna for similar price and what a difference a quality building makes, the quality of the resort and the rooms far exceeded Hyatt who are charging high prices for sub standard rooms.

Andrea our butler was phenomenal! He is so kind and genuine! Hotel was great, rooms and amenities are wonderful! Food quality was good. The staff overall is absolutely outstanding- one of the reason we continue to go back annually!

Absolute best vacation and we can’t say enough good things about this resort. Hard working and dedicated staff!

We had a wonderful family and friends vacation at the Hyatt Ziva. Managers and staff were very accomodating to our needs. Lots of Restaurants and food selections for everyone. Would definitely come here again.
