La Cascada is the best

The restaurants at El Cid are all amazing, but our favorite is La Cascada, the Mexican. It's cozy with a warm ambiance. The food is delicious, especially the taco bar with hand made tortillas. The staff is... the best though. Our favorite is Caesar, who is very competent, friendly and times the food delivery perfectly. And the captain Enrique ensures everything runs smoothly. They are amazing , along with the rest of the staff.

We had dinner at the Mexican speciality restaurant at the property. Angel was our server and he was AMAZING. He took very good care of us The food was incredible. Along with your main course they have a ...taco bar with a specialty taco each night. We actually had done a cooking class earlier in the day where we learned to make fresh tortillas so watching them being made in front of this evening was a real treat. Great food and Angel was a wonderful server. Would highly recommend this restaurant when visiting El Cid El Moro
