We have been coming to the El cid annual tournament for four years! El cid Morro Beach is by far the best place to stay in town. The hospitality is always top-notch. Thank you to Daniela Mendez for always making our birthday/anniversary. ????The best we look forward to coming back again and again.

We come every year in August to El Cid El Moro in Mazatlan. We are owners and have use of Club Elite and it's amenities. I love having cappuccino in the morning at home, but can't get it in the Moro club because the cappuccino machine is broken, so I have to walk to the Castilla building Club Elite or go to the Marina Club to get it. Daniela in El Moro Club Elite was so helpful and such a pleasure to see daily. Daniela and Candy in Castilla Club Elite made me cappuccino daily because the machine is not working in Moro. They were such a help in the morning. Vanessa, Carolina and Ariceli at Marina Club Elite made me cappuccino when we went to eat breakfast there and are all super wonderful. The millionaire wine list is not consistent in every restaurant and you can't get a bottle of wine at the Japanese restaurant even though it's included in our membership. We also made massage reservations at the new Marina spa on August 28th, but when we went there, they did not have our reservations. We were disappointed. Daniel and Miguel at la Terraza restaurant were nice and provided great service. Hugo and Ernesto at the Marina restaurant were a pleasure and provided great service. For breakfast at Concha, Luis, Francisco, Daniel and Sergio provided good service as well. Eric the pool waiter was very good and provided great service. Marco at El Alcazar was super friendly and provided great service.
