Not impressed by service and plumbing

Service at the restaurants was very bad. It took 15 min to get a glass of water. Food was bad too. Our shower didn’t drain. The location was great though. 10$ uber to downtown. The pool was good but wasn’t very clean. Entertainment was mostly underwhelming. One night the entertainment was a Jenna competition.

Pro: XMas and New Years Eve were an unbelievable set up. Beautiful, gifts for the kids, amazing fireworks, so much work put into it. Con: Poor to non existant communication on schedule change, wanted you to spend money on wine in order to reserve a table (didn't need to), dinner music on NYE way to loud. Pro: Beautiful beach, very nice pool. Con: not enough loungers, NO non motorized watercraft available (broken or as a scheduled activity which always had an excuse to not be available). Hard to relax on the beach without someone trying to sell you something every 30 seconds. Bring a sign saying "No Gracias" Con: line ups for the buffet, Cafe ran out of water and bananas, room fridge only restocked for a fee!
