I loved the activity workers Anahi, Mary, and Richi! They were so kind and good at their jobs, they always checked in on us, and make us feel like we were close friends with them. All 3 workers were so kind as we left our trip and make us feel so good.

The entire stay was basically mediocre at best. I went as a guest to a wedding and we were on the all inclusive package but this was NOT a great experience. We were told that the hotel charges an extra charge for the wedding guests that are not staying at the hotel, basically for them to be able to enter the property and that is on top of the regular charge per guest so BRIDES BEWARE. The buffet was sad, lacking in flavor, no staff to keep the space looking clean, and the variety was really basic, fortunately they had an omelette station that saved me from starving although they didn't have any bacon. The liquor and beer were extremely watered down, the all inclusive did not include french fries but I was not allowed to buy them either ( they were only available for the condo guests to purchase) the restaurants had almost no staff available as we had to wait 20 minutes to get a soda. It was obvious that the hotel had been remodeled but had little to no attention to detail, the A/C in the room was barely working, there was a cut down wire sticking out of a socket, tile glue visible, the door plate was in really bad shape and did not have an extra lock (the ones that prevent the door from opening all the way), and of course the courtesy minibar was only restocked on the day of arrival, they didn't even put more bottled water. One of the most annoying situations was when we arrived at 12:55 pm and they told me I could no access the facilities until 1:00 pm, not even for us to sit down in the waiting area, we had to wait in the cab, however they were not so concerned with making us wait when it was time to check in and be able to get into the room. If you decide to stay here, please choose your flights wisely as they charge $15 USD AN HOUR if you want to stay by the pool before your flight, and I am not even talking about late check out. As for the staff, in most cases they were cordial but no one offered outstanding service except for the people at the Italian restaurant (which is pretty good by the way).
