The resort itself isn't as updated and elevators weren't working half the time but we had a great time celebrating my mom's birthday at Sunscape resorts. Some of the staff members made our trip very memor...able. Ricardo, manager of the Da'Mario was amazing! He took care of our family whenever we went to eat there and maxe sure we felt extra special. He even sat us at a special table and was our server himself. Food was amazing at the restaurant also. Andres, manager of the Seaside Grill restaurant and Julio, our server, also gave us great service as well when we ate there. They went the extra mile to make sure we had a great dinner. We booked professional family photos at the resort and Rocio, our photographer is the BEST. She made us feel comfortable and had us laughing a lot during our session which made for some great candid photos. Her work is amazing and I definitely reccommend booking a session with her if you're there!
