Almost A 5 star except very cold pools

Staff was excellent, food was average but the pool water was exceedingly cold. Everyone was complaining. The drinks were flowing and mostly delicious. The entertainment was excellent. The grounds were manicured. If only they heated their pools , they would get 5 stars
Great Resort, But Needs More Attention to Details

During our fifth stay at this resort, we noticed a quieter atmosphere with no exciting events during the day or evening. Our room experienced inconsistent water temperature and low pressure, and the shower accessories were worn out and unusable. While the staff is excellent and very kind, the hotel itself requires some improvements.
