Amazing hospitality from staff. Clean and comfortable rooms! Beautiful pools, beaches and restaurants. Being able to walk next to native wild life is a once in a lifetime experience. Already talking to my ...husband about coming back next year!

Hotel is awesome! We stayed in the Royal Level and are glad we did, there are exclusive areas for Royal guests throughout the hotel and the Royal Restaurant food is exceptional! Room was traditional and v...ery spacious. I could do with a refurb to make more modern in our personal opinion but this didn’t detract from our stay. Pool areas are fab! Remember to book your Al La Carte restaurant bookings in advance to avoid disappointment! Hotel has 2 entrances to Xcarat park, we took advantage the special pass offer which gave us access to the park throughout our whole stay! A photo package (including all photo point, photographer and experience photos) for whole duration was only $90 which we thought was great value! A special shout out to the Reception staff at the Royal - Sofia, Iris, Ale and all others who made our stay so special! We would absolutely recommend and would absolutely come back! Thank you!
