Javier reyes is the best bell boy so attentive and frendily helped us out so much during our trip here always greeted us when he seen us he took us around the hotel so helpful with everything , hotel was n...ice and food was good the pools were fun will come again
WORST RESORT AND MANAGER (HECTOR CORTES)IN MEXICO

HECTOR CORTES IS THE WORST RESORT MANAGER IS THE WORLD. HE IS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU CHECK IN. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE!! BEWARE OF HECTOR CORTES!! HECTOR CORTE...S IS NOT MENTALLY STABLE TO BE RUNNING OR HAVE THE MENTAL CAPACITY TO MANAGE A MCDONALD'S, SO OM NOT SIRE HOW HE IS MANAGER. To all of my Canadian & American friends and followers....THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE!!! I was threaten right in front of Hector and he somehow threaten to also kick me and my fiancé out of the resort. I'm at the Platinum Yucatan Princess as we speak and let me give you information I wish I had before coming to this resort as someone who comes to Mexico 2-3 times a year. It's only my first day and I don't even know where to start so I'll just throw it all out there since its 4:44 am and ive been up since 3am because i cant sleep. We got here and the fridge was warm, they gave us a new one and everything in the fridge is still warm lol. Im in a platinum swim out and our room doesn't get cold, it warm so I can't sleep. On top of the room being warm, there is a blue light on ceiling that doesn't turn off and lights up the room so if you need the dark to sleep, good luck...you wont be sleeping well. The balcony lights also do not turn off so you have little beams of light shining through your room curtains. The seaweed is terrible....I mean TERRIBLE, you can't use the beach AT ALL. So far the food has been barely edible. The buffet has very little selection compared to other resorts. My fiance and I will be going off of the resort to eat for each meal which will cost us extra money so that's something to think about. The lobby bar is in the actually check-in area/room which I found kinda weird (it gives hilton or just a regular motel vibe). They have sections of water that is just for decoration and give a nice ambiance but the water is gross, dirty and they even have random broken flooties for the pool in the decorative water. You have to pay if you want decent internet, if not the internet is slow and has adds. You have to pay $18.00USD for 7 days if you want decent internet. We go into the shops and are watched like we're going to steal something. I was in the buffet and I asked a waiter for watermelon juice and he said they didnt have any, even though I can see the juice from where I am sitting so I got up and got it myself. When I called out the water he just laughed. If you want a bit of privacy and booked a swimout, you won't be getting because everyone has access to your swim out. When we arrived we wanted to go for a dip in our swimout but there were people literally sitting on our swimout splashing and carrying on The staff are not friendly. Do not come here! I want you to take what I am saying seriously as im not someone who complains, like I said, I come to Mexico all the time and have never experienced such disappointment, especially since we are here for our anniversary. Do not waste your time or money. If you are platinum and need a towel before 930am they wont give them to you.
