Wonderful small resort

Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the entertainment staff/ especially Eric in pool volleyball! Ricardo was the absolute best server! He works so hard running drinks to everyone.... He took care of the area by the walk out rooms and greeted us with such a big smile everyday. He knew all of our names and was so kind! We miss you, Ricardo! The restaurants had many great options on the menu and even the buffet had delicious options. The resort is small but we like it because it feels not so overwhelming compared to a place like Moon Palace Grand. Out teenagers enjoyed laying by the pool, shopping trips on Fifth avenue and going to the sweets shop multiple times per day ??

The Palace family made our stay great. Carlos was great serving around the pool. Antonio is a great sommelier. You have great managers like Daniel and Benito. Almond, Daniella and Samantha were great with ...activities around the pool. They made our vacation great.
