If you ever visit the Royalton Hideaway in Cancun, Jesus is the very best of the best! Food and drinks he is on top of everything. Had the very best time because of him. Good vibes all the way! Food at th...e buffet is very good as well. We will be back!

It was the worst experience with a hotel. 1) they gave away the room I PAID FOR 5 months earlier. They put us in a lesser room. NO refund. But they offered me a bed (not a cabana) by the pool for one day.... Not the same as the $500 difference in room. 2) the room they put us in FLOODED when my daughter took a shower. The “jacuzzi” tub had no hot water to it. It was missing a “tube”. 3) They offered the man next to me who was having the exact same issue (there were several!) the swim up room (that I paid for), when they told me they were out of them, hence the lesser room. 4) the next day when they put us in our correct room- the toilet stopped working and there was no cold water for 7 hours-ish. No shower, no using the washroom. Apparently, several buildings had this problem. They offered me $90 credit to use to go bowling. 6) One of my kids had Covid and couldn’t come. I canceled in advance of the required time. They said they couldn’t refund it bc they were all under my name and not individual names (THEY booked it that way). Out $1200. I have been taken advantage of and it was all a scam. I have NEVER had such a horrific experience. I will never come back, I warn you to not come here.
