This is my 4th stay at an all inclusive. When I read the bad reviews I wonder why some people even leave home. If you travel internationally and expect everything to be perfect 100% of the time you must be a really unhappy person. My husband and I are leaving tomorrow. We came from the US for a quick 4 night R&R trip before the holidays. Everything and everyone here are amazing. Our ocean view junior suite in Hideaway was perfect for us. Check in was smooth. The restaurants are excellent. We really enjoyed the Sushi at Zen. Isiah was an excellent waiter. Tonight at Taj was excellent as well. Who knew you could get great Indian food in Mexico. Erika our server was great. We also enjoyed Hunter the steakhouse. I forget our waiters name but wish I didn’t. He made it a truly high end steakhouse experience. The fitness and vibe teams at the pool in Hideaway are awesome. David does it all and does it well! He led water aerobics, helped with movie trivia, danced the night away at the White Party as well. Jose at Hideaway made the foam party fun and a great experience. George in fitness gave a great work out too. Jose from Dorado assisted in the guacamole class. Oh my goodness. He made the best guac ever. The poolside lunches were superb as well. 100% recommend this resort and will be back. Lots of the most friendly guests as well from Canada and England. Highly recommend! Excellente!
so good here the bars are great and the beach is so nice and close to the rooms the adults only is the best we love!!!!!

ernesto is amazing!!! the best bartenders are ricardo and diego they made our entire trip ???? food is mid though. we will absolutely come back we love all of the staff they are so friendly and always made sure we were safe!! drinks are so good and the Italian restaurant was AMAZING
