Jose was the best bartender! He worked the lobby bar, the mobile cocktail cart, and a wedding and maintained a positive attitude. He gifted me this beautiful bracelet at checkout from the resort! my husband and I will return for his smiling face and amazing tequila sunrises.
A Fantastic Family Getaway at The Royalton Cancun

Our family had an incredible stay at The Royalton Cancun! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. The kids club was the highlight of our trip, thanks to the amazing team—Carolina, Alberto, and Juanita. They went above and beyond to keep our children entertained and happy, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The activities were diverse and engaging, making it the best kids club we’ve ever experienced. The rest of the resort was equally impressive with its pristine beaches, delicious food, and top-notch amenities. We can’t wait to come back!
