Nice addition to Anaheim
Melvadvenntures on Mar 22, 2025
This hotel is a good addition to Anaheim. The location is a little further out but the value for money makes up for the distance. The staff are good. The facilities are good. Just be prepared to Uber or wa...lk if the parks are to be visited. I would stay here again.
Very nice hotel, if a bit pricey

We spent a week at this hotel to visit our kids in LA and to go to Disneyland. First of all, the location is excellent. If you are in good shape, it's in walking distance to Disneyland, about a 20 minute... walk. If that is too far, you can walk over to the Toy Story Parking lot and take the shuttle there to Disney. That's about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is connected to the Anaheim Gardenwalk, which has restaurants and shops plus cheaper parking if you have a rental car. This is a newer Marriott hotel, so the rooms have newer tech, like a magnetic phone charger and plenty of USB ports. It did have an in room safe, plus a refrigerator, but no microwave. Beds were very comfortable. We did get a Theme park view room, but it really wasn't worth the extra money since you can only see the back of Disney. As far the restaurants in the hotel, we only went to the Chop House for breakfast. The buffet was better than most, with a chef making custom omelets, waffles and I believe pancakes, but pricey at $29. They charge you a $30 a day convenience fee that can be used towards that. We did a Lyft to the Hotel to and from the airport and our kids ferried us around the rest of the time, so we did not have to pay for parking. Now, the staff is really what sets this hotel apart from others. They seem to really like their job and treat their customers well. Finally, we could only give it four stars instead of five because it is a bit pricey, but we will likely stay there again in the future.
