Service-Oriented

We stay at numerous hotels in this area. We travel to SoCal more than 5 times in a year. This is a hotel we will always remember. Joy was our first contact at the hotel. Very, very upbeat and welcoming. Jessica and Brianna from Tocca Ferro were the best people in that restaurant. This is what service is all about. There were other awesome people who brought us our food but we didn’t get their names. There was the lady from housekeeping who was so helpful to us as well. We will come back the next time we make another trip to Anaheim/Orange.
5 Stars all around

5 stars all around! First time at Disneyland, traveling with young children and couldn’t have been happier staying here. Location is great - 15 min walk to the parks, self-parking is conveniently located near by and there are shops and restaurants all around. We walked on the way to the parks and took the free shuttle on the way back (it’s called the ART and it takes you to a Disney parking lot, which is across from the hotel so about a 5 minute walk). The staff - wow! Scott at the reception was phenomenal and made us feel like VIPs. He was so kind and friendly, hooked us up with a reservation on the rooftop last minute, gave the kids balloons and shared plenty of tips for how to do the parks right! Those extra touches go a long way. Joy was also super sweet and kind. Rogelio at the lobby restaurant and rooftop bar was awesome. The hotel itself - what you would expect from a JW Mariott - amazing. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy and the sheets were so soft! The pool area was awesome too, water was warm (pool is heated) and the pool furniture is top notch (comfy lounge chairs). Breakfast was decent, though no Mickey pancakes (that would have been a hit with the kids). Rooftop bar is wonderful - great place to catch the fireworks! Only open Thu-Sun though. All in all, a wonderful experience and would 100% stay there again on our next Disneyland trip.
