Secrets- a company that's praised as a premier vacation spot, falls far below expectations

Food was far below average, really disappointing to be honest. Spa was incredible with Kay being my spa specialist. Bar drinks were only good if you found the right bartenders Taking certain excursions... straight from the resort was very convenient and nice. The location/scenery/landscape was beautiful and breathtaking, but that's it. There's a ton of places where you can get that AND get great dining experiences, more consistent drinks, and better service. If you're coming to Jamaica, pick another resort.
Disappointed with no buffet at night

The buffet offered the best food but was not available for dinner, long lines and waits for dinner every night, as well as long wait time for the food to be served. The food was just "OK" at the restaurant...s. Would have been nice to have the buffet as a dinner option as it would have saved 2+ hours every night. The hotel was very nice, the beach was great and had options as well as snorkeling. the pools were great also. Staff was very nice.
