Was a great place to stay, declining in quality :(

At the resort now. Its been ok but definitely a decline in overall quality since we were hear a year ago. Supposedly an ownership change, it shows. Wi-Fi signal in our room was poor. Knobs missing in the shower, not enough bartender staff, etc. Food has been good and the check-in process was decent. Staff overall has been helpful just a general feeling of decline in quality. Will not return.

I went for my wedding with up to 77 guest in attendance and everyone had a phenomenal time!! The pool entertainment was amazing and offered so many options for people to do. If they wanted to party, they went to one pool, or more of a chill vibe, the other pool was open. The staff was amazing and kept the vibe alive! I worked with Ideria in the Wedding department prior to my arrival and they helped with the set up for the welcome party Friday and the wedding Saturday. The wedding staff went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was stunning, Ideria- you are a rockstar and so wasn't the staff the entire time! The food was delicious and they took care of us beverage wise. We had two butlers, Kenroy and Duran throughout the stay and they made our stay magical. Secrets Wild Orchid was a blast and offered the party vibe my guests and I were looking for! Thank you so much! I would provide some photos, but we just got home and haven't had a chance to look through them just yet!
